Katie Ryan

Katie Ryan has been a part of the IABA family since 2015, serving as a Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Based in Chicago, Katie holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and brings deep expertise in early intervention, communication, and play skills.

Katie’s path to this field was guided by her love of working with children and her desire to help them build essential communication and social skills. She finds immense joy in watching her clients make progress, and in collaborating with IABA’s dedicated staff who share her commitment to quality and care.

Her favorite part of working at IABA is the community—the teamwork, the passion, and the shared goal of helping every individual reach their potential.

Outside of work, Katie treasures time with her family, including her two young children. She loves exploring new places with them, whether that means a local park, museum, or community event, and cherishes those everyday adventures.
