HR Recruiter

Ashley Wilson joined IABA as an HR Recruiter, bringing with her a strong background in both education and recruitment. Originally from Oswego, Illinois, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and has always been passionate about helping people learn, grow, and succeed.

Her career naturally evolved as she found ways to combine her love of education with her interest in recruiting—connecting great people with meaningful work. At IABA, Ashley enjoys helping both employees and clients reach their fullest potential, ensuring that every new team member contributes to the compassionate, mission-driven culture that defines IABA.

Professionally, Ashley is focused on continuing to expand her skills in Human Resources and supporting the growth of the IABA team. She thrives in a collaborative environment, where everyone works together toward the shared goal of helping clients achieve lasting success.

What Ashley admires most about IABA is the supportive and team-oriented atmosphere. Every day brings opportunities to make an impact and to celebrate progress—both in the people she recruits and the lives IABA touches.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys cooking and baking, spending time outdoors with her husband Brad and their two boys, Jonathan and Cooper, and walking their golden retriever, Murphy.
