One of Zoe’s favorite aspects of her role at IABA is developing staff to become confident, ethical, and effective clinicians. She finds it deeply rewarding to see how high-quality training and collaboration translate into impactful treatment outcomes and significant progress for the clients IABA serves. Zoe joined the IABA family in the summer of 2025 and has since been dedicated to supporting both her team and the families they serve with compassion and excellence.
